A supervisor tried to get me into a better price package and where my price will be cheaper and hope that option is still there when I renew. Your reply has helped me to see some immediate options (thanks for being so helpful with your reply), I may add the new assets from callout for one year but won't be able to keep that with techsmith package.

My email is my age 70, I am not sure how long I will be able to work and therefore subscribe to different helpful sites. I need to know if I will be able to pay for a group better price to renew my subscriptions for Camtasia assets, snagit and camtasia. Please consider an animation process or behavior option for handwriting animations and keep it simple.Options to make changes would need to be font style, speed, etc.
I have noticed that behaviors and animations do not get new items very often which is disappointing when you pay for snagit and camtasia and assets. I tend to like your processes better as they are not so difficult to learn. I will have to make changes in my subscriptions and as of now, plan to keep Snagit, Camtasia and maybe Camtasia assets. I also use adobe cloud products such as photoshop. Greetings, I have been using snagit for many many years and also Camtasia (& Assets) for a few years now.
